All ELC programs finish promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please make plans accordingly to have your student picked up on time. Any family picking up a student after 6:00 p.m. will be charged a late pick up fee of $30 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof past 6:00 p.m.

Families are entitled to a two-week vacation period, per year, during which families may be absent from the ELC without risk of losing their place within the program. This vacation period is tuition free. The two weeks must be taken in week-long chunks and requested in writing at least one month in advance. The two-week vacation is not a voucher; thus, families who do not exercise their two-week vacation will not be credited financially or in any other way.

Tuition as listed above reflects the weekly rate and includes lunch and snacks each day.
