Enrollment Process

Families who are interested in the Early Learning Center can begin the enrollment process by filling out an interest form for their child at any time. If you are interested in an immediate start, please fill this form out as soon as possible and note that we will contact you if there are any mid-year openings.

Enrollment Timeline
The ELC academic year begins in September, and this is when new students enter our program. An enrollment timeline for our September start date is below.

  • Enrollment for September will begin in February for age-eligible students (ages two years, nine months through five). At this time, families that completed the ELC interest form will be invited to fill out an application to tell us more about their child. Families within our community (current ELC and Fay School siblings, Fay School employees, and Fay School alumni) will be contacted first.
  • The general enrollment phase begins in March. At this time, applicants will be invited to the ELC for a tour and a required interview based on the spaces available in each of our classrooms. This process will continue during the spring and summer as needed.

Open Houses
We typically host an evening Open House in the fall, but we are also excited to announce a spring open house this year. Please click the button below to learn more.
