Working at The Early Learning Center

Fay School's Early Learning Center seeks exceptional people of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences to join our community. The Early Learning Center provides competitive salaries and benefits. We maintain our professional culture through ongoing supervision and evaluation and a professional development program that encourages faculty to grow personally and professionally through mentoring of new hires, visits to colleagues’ classrooms, workshops, conferences, training, and on-site lectures.
