Game 1: Fay 25 - Milton 22

Substitution: Todd Chulavalaivon (Libero), Jessica Langway, Morgan Hung, Jessica Fan,

The Fay team played very well in the first game and staged a great come back and won 25 to 22. The Fay team started very well as Wendy Ke gave us a 3-0 lead. However, Milton made some adjustments and quickly took a 3 points lead at 9-6. Fay called time out to regroup. Diane made a kill to stop Milton’s run. The game went back and forth, with either team making a long run. With the score 22- 18, Todd came into the game to serve. He won the next 4 points to tie the score at 22-22. Milton called time out. The game resumed and Todd continued to serve well and scored the next 3 points and Fay won 25-22. Anne Ling (1 kill), Eyoung Kwon, Brittney Pape (1 kill), Jessica Fan, Morgan Hung and Diane Nguyen (2 kills) passed the ball very well.

Game 2: Fay - 25 - Milton - 15

Starters: Jessica Langway, Morgan Hung, MaryHayes Hutto, Jessica Fan, Grace Uhl, Mary O’Sullivan

Substitution: Todd Chulavalaivon (Libero), Anne Ling. Jennifer Han, Eyoung Kwon

The game started with Milton taking a commanding 3-0 lead with some very tough serves. Anne and Eyoung came into the game to help with passing and we side out. Todd came in to serve and before you can say “time out” (which Milton took 2 during this run) the score was 17-3 in favor of Fay. Todd served very well as he mixed his serves and kept Milton off balance. Mary O’Sullivan, Jennifer Han, Grace Uhl, MaryHayes and Morgan Hung controlled the net with 3 kills and 2 blocks.
