Fay claims 2nd place in exciting Junior School tournament!

The Fay Boys Varsity Lacrosse team took 2nd place at the Annual Junior School Lacrosse tournament Saturday. 

After losing their first game to Fessenden, Fay came out strong, winning their next 3 in a row vs Fenn, Indian Mountain, and Hillside to earn a spot in teh chamionships game.

In the final game, Fay played inspired lacrosse and went toe to toe with the very deep and talented Fessenden team. Fay trailed 2-1 with 3 minutes remaining but could not manage to get the game-tying goal past the talented Fessenden goaltender. 

Fay lost 3-1 but claimed 2nd place in the tournament, the teams best finish in the past 10 years. 

Fay's Jackson Coutu was also awarded the Most Valuable Offensive player of the tournament.
